All new players must provide a copy of their official

birth certificate or Government issued ID. 

No hospital birth certificates (with feet). No baptismal certificates or souvenir copies of birth certificates accepted.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

(payment by credit/debit card only)

• Online registration is through GotSoccer/GotSport and everyone must have an account with GotSoccer/GotSport. New users will have to create a new account
• If you are a returning player from the last season you can request your ID and Password from GotSoccer. Click on "Player Password Lookup" in the existing accounts box.
• If you have more than one player to register create a new "FAMILY ACCOUNT" and create your player profiles for each player to make the registration process faster
• An email address is required to register online
• You must provide a phone number and emergency contact information during the registration
• New players are required to provide a copy of the player's official birth certificate before being placed on a team. Copies can be emailed to the registrar at 1aaregistration@besasoccer.com .
• Any discount vouchers can be used in step 2 of the process. Enter the number on the voucher in the voucher box. Numbers can only be used one time.
• *** ALL U9 and older players and coaches are required to have a picture ID card. After you have completed registration please sign into your GotSoccer account and upload your child's latest school photo to the player info page.

STANDING RULES FOR REGISTRATION AND TEAM FORMATION

Returning Player Remaining on Same Team for Fall Season $75.00

Returning Player Remaining on Same Team for Spring Season $65.00 (U4 $60.00)

Returning Player Place in Open Draw $75.00

Returning Player Transfer to All Girls $75.00

Late registration is on a space available basis only and the cost is $100

$5.00 discount for each additional player from the same family. Fees include uniform and socks. All new players must provide a copy of your child's official birth certificate in order to register. Refund request must be in writing mailed to BESA, P.O. Box 925, Euless, Texas 76039.

Refund Policy

100% up to 7 days after close of registration
50% up to season start date (First scheduled game)
No refunds after season has begun

Equipment

Each fall, all players will receive a new uniform consisting of a numbered shirt, shorts and socks. Each spring, the returning players will use their uniform they received in the fall, and any new players will receive a new uniform prior to the beginning of the season. Every player must wear shin guards during practices and games. Suitable athletic shoes or cleats should be worn. Please use the following listing when determining the correct size soccer ball for your child.

Practice Times and Locations

Coaches are responsible for establishing team practice times and locations.

Practices for the U05/U06 age group are limited to one 1-hour session per week.

For the U07/U08 age group, two 1-hour sessions per week.

For the U09 and older age groups, two 2-hour sessions per week.

Team Formation

Children are placed on teams based on appropriate age grouping in their neighborhood PUBLIC school area. We do not honor requests for children to be placed on a specific team.
