Late registration will be available beginning on 1/13/19. Late registration fee is $110. This will be to fill open positions on teams that have already been formed. There are no refunds on late registration.

DONATIONS - We have added an option to make a separate donation on the registration form.  The donations to BESA are tax deductible (registration fees are not). The donations will be used towards the expenses for the new goals and equipment.

All new players must provide a copy of their official birth certificate or

Government issued ID. 

No hospital birth certificates (with feet).

No baptismal certificates or souvenir copies of birth certificates accepted.

  • Online registration is through GotSoccer/GotSport and everyone must have an account with GotSoccer/GotSport. New users will have to create a new account
  • If you are a returning player from the last season you can request your ID and Password from GotSoccer. Click on "Player Password Lookup" in the existing accounts box.
  • If you have more than one player to register create a new "FAMILY ACCOUNT" and create your player profiles for each player to make the registration process faster
  • An email address is required to register online
  • You must provide a phone number and emergency contact information during the registration
  • New players are required to provide a copy of the player's official birth certificate before being placed on a team. Copies can be emailed to the registrar at
  • Any discount vouchers can be used in step 2 of the process. Enter the number on the voucher in the voucher box. Numbers can only be used one time.
  • *** ALL U13 and older players and All coaches are required to have a picture ID card. After you have completed registration please sign into your GotSoccer account and upload your child's latest school photo to the player info page.

Playing Ages
3 years to 18 years old.
Players must be 3 years of age by August 31 in order to play in the Fall season and must be 3 years of age by December 31 in order to play in the Spring season.
The age of a player for purpose of league play shall be the player’s age on December 31 of the current soccer year.
Players must NOT be older than 18 by December 31. 

The current soccer year begins on September 1 and ends August 31 of the following year.


New and Returning Players $95.00 (U4 $75.00

Late registration is on a space available basis only and the cost is Non-refundable. (No discounts)

$5.00 discount for each additional player from the same family. Fees include uniform and socks. All new players must provide a copy of your child's official birth certificate in order to register. Refund request must be in writing mailed to BESA, P.O. Box 925, Euless, Texas 76039.

A player is considered a “registered player” only after the following three conditions have been met:

  1. Online registration has been completed, 
  2. The registration fee has been paid; and
  3. The player date of birth has been verified. Players with birth certificates issued outside of the United States must complete the FIFA International Clearance Process before being assigned to a team.

Refund Policy
All refunds will be assessed a $10 administrative fee.
100% (less administrative fee) up to 7 days after close of open registration
50%  (less administrative fee)  up to season start date (First scheduled league game)
No Refunds after season has begun
No Refunds if registered during Late Registration

Game Dates
Spring Season games begin in February

Fall Season games begin in August

Most games are played on Saturdays; however, due to scheduling and field availability, some groups may have a few weekday evening and/or Sunday afternoon games.
Game schedules, rules and field location maps are available online. See the Fields Page for links to other associations. 

Each fall, all players will receive a new uniform consisting of a numbered shirt, shorts and socks. Each spring, the returning players will use their uniform they received in the fall, and any new players will receive a new uniform prior to the beginning of the season. Every player must wear shin guards during practices and games. Suitable athletic shoes or cleats should be worn. Please use the following listing when determining the correct size soccer ball for your child.


Practice Times and Locations
Coaches are responsible for establishing team practice times and locations.

Practices for the U05/U06 age group are limited to one 1-hour session per week.

For the U07/U08 age group, two 1-hour sessions per week.

For the U09 and older age groups, two 2-hour sessions per week.

We are in need of volunteer coaches and assistant coaches in all age groups. Past coaching experience is not a requirement. All of our coaches are required to have a U6/U8 Youth License. BESA provides a U6/U8 Youth License Module Clinic regularly. If you are at all interested in helping, please contact your age group commissioner.

Team Formation
Children are placed on teams based on appropriate age grouping in their neighborhood PUBLIC school area. We do not honor requests for children to be placed on a specific team.
